Sarah Kinsella

I oversee the White Collar Housing Recruitment for many of the key residential developers across the West and East Midlands. My role is to relieve the stress of sourcing through endless job add's, CV's and painful interviews; with the goal to make the recruitment process easier by representing each of my partners to the best of my ability to find the perfect staff that complement the great team already within the business!

After working within the sector for such a long time, I have had the pleasure of working with some fantastic candidates and assisting them into roles they are most suited to. I have built long term relationships with my clients and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to be a part of their recruiting team. I promote the notion that I am an extension of their HR team and their business is of the utmost importance to me.

About Me

When I am not at work I love spending time with my French Bulldog and going on walks in Sutton Park. Travelling is one of my huge passions, visiting new places, seeing new cultures and of course enjoying all the cuisine!

Claudia Chubb

Commercial

I have worked in the construction recruitment sector for over 7 years and specialise in the Housing Commercial sector; Quantity Surveyors, Buyers and Estimators of all levels.This has meant I have built up some very good relationships over the last few years with PLC’s, privately owned house builders and partnership businesses and of course with candidates.

The role of a recruiter is not easy and what makes a good recruiter is listening to your candidates and clients needs thus making as perfect a match as possible for both parties. Resilience is a skill I have acquired from my job and there is no better feeling than knowing you have placed a person into a role that is their dream position and equally the company is delighted with their new appointment.

I am always happy to speak to and give advice where I can on both sides of the recruitment process - always confidentially and always honest.

About Me

As much as I love my job, in my own time I spend it with my two dogs, keeping active and catching up with my friends and family.
